Marrs Makers is the creation of founder and creative director, Amy Sheets. Amy has worked over fifteen years in the New York City fashion industry, but is still a Texas cowgirl at heart. She spent many hours, after all, at her grandfather Bob Marrs' saddle shop near the Amarillo Stockyards and learned the invaluable lessons of self-reliance and resourcefulness-- the cornerstones of true cowboy culture.
With Marrs Makers, Amy takes the reins by offering a line of chic Western products while preserving the rich heritage associated with her family traditions. Respecting hand-crafted quality, Marrs Makers is committed to delivering innovative, thoughtfully designed and engineered products made locally and manufactured in the U.S. This unique blend of authentic Southwestern tradition and New York urban sophistication has culminated in a new look- a unique artistic expression of fashion design and down-to-earth country style. Amy calls it "modern western."
